SUNDAY MORNING SCHEDULE

  9:00AM   to   9:20AM - Prayer
  9:30AM  to  10:15AM - Sunday School
10:30AM  to  11:30AM - Worship Service

  • Sunday School classes are available for ages K thru adult.
  • LBPC provides child care. There are accommodations for the handicapped and hearing impaired.
  • There is an elevator located inside the side entrance.
  • Our Sanctuary and social hall are air-conditioned.
  • LBPC offers an "Audio CD Ministry" each week to those who are unable to attend worship.

Church Christmas Decorating Party  -  Saturday, November 29th, 9:00AM.
Youth Group Church Grounds Clean-up  -  Saturday, November 29th, 7:00AM.
                            Family and friends welcome to help.  Please bring rakes.
Join Us For A Hymn Sing  -  Sunday, November 30th, 7:00PM in the Social Hall.
                            Refreshments will be served.
PW Combined Gathering Christmas Party  -  Thursday, December 4th, 6:30PM
                            Please bring a covered dish and $4 gift exchange.  Officers will be installed.
Christmas Fellowship Social & Caroling  -  Sunday, December 14th.  Be at
                            church at 3:30, leave for caroling at 4:00PM.  Afterwards, a covered dish dinner.
                            BBQ, paper supplies, and drinks provided.  Sign-up sheet at side entrance.
New Year's Eve Game Night  -  Wednesday, December 31st, 9:00PM to 12:00AM.
                            Bring your favorite board game.  Snacks provided.  Sign-up sheet at side
                            entrance.  If you have questions or need a ride, contact the church.
Sharing Table To Continue  -  Throughout the year.  Bring in baked goods, crafts,
                            etc.  With donation, take what you want.  Funds used by PW to help the hungry.
Children's Church Returns  -   Ages 3 to 5th grade.
Operation Christmas Child  -  Our Shoe Box Mission has begun.  For the next 
                           several weeks small gifts will be accepted to fill our shoe boxes. The shoe boxes 
                           will be sent to children in need world wide.
Ladies Small Group -  Thursdays, 7:00PM to 8:30PM. Curriculum will be, "Twelve 
                          Women Of The Bible".  The group will be meeting at various homes.  Please 
                          contact Becky Spangler or Jenny Milligan if interested.
Young Men's Life Group  -  Thursdays, 7:00PM to 8:30PM at the home of the 
                          Milligan's.  Curriculum will be, "Quiet Strength" by coachTony Dungy.  Contact 
                          Andrew Gordon or Jimmy Mullen if interested.
Young Adult Sunday School Class  -   Sunday, September 28th, 9:30AM in room 
                         6 downstairs.  Curriculum is, "Gods At War" by Kyle Idleman.  Please join us!

FREE Smoke Detectors  -  For the homes in our church.  Please call the church to
              take advantage of this offer, 548-2266.
New Cookbook Available  -  Written by Eva and Mary Jackson.  Price is $10.

Chestnut Level PW Fellowship Meal  -  Monday, December 8th, 6:30PM at the
                   church.  LBPC women are invited.  The speaker is "Karen Knight" who plays Mrs.
                   Noah at Sight and Sound Theater. To attend, contact Amy Mueller by November 30th
Oxford Presbyterian Church Women's Gathering  -  Tuesday, December 9th
                   6:30PM.  Women of LBPC are invited.  If interested in attending contact Joyce
                   Holloway by November 30th.
Solanco Meals On Wheels  -  The organization is in need of volunteers.  An hour or
                  two a week, or every other week would be a great help.  Schedules can be made to
                  suit.  Contact Linda Trout 786-7210, or Bev Wimer 284-4396 for more information.
Men's Depression Support Group  -   Meetings will be held on every third 
                  Thursday, 7:30PM at 248-a Maple Ave., Quarryville.  Conducted by NEW HOPE 
                  counseling center.  Call 717-786-2802 for more information.
My Hope America with Billy Graham  -  At its heart, this outreach is friends
             sharing Jesus with friends.  It's simple  -  and you can start today.  Go to:

Community Closet Thrift Store  -   is in need of new clothing to distribute to those
                 who come to the clothing bank.  Questions, please call the store at 786-2034.  More

Pastor Tom and his wife Jenny have been serving at Little Britain since 2005. They have a vision to, 1. Equip Passionate Disciples of Christ, 2. Build Up Marriages, and 3. Advocate for Adoption. Their prayer is that God's power would be made known through their weakness.
