LBPC YARD WORK - Spring is here and the LBPC Youth Group is ready to clean some yards. Youth Group leaders will contact you when yard clean-ups are scheduled.   posted 03-30

***** PLEASE NOTE THE DATE CHANGES ON THE FOLLOWING EVENT *****
ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT SPAGHETTI DINNER - Saturday, May 31st, 4:00PM to 7:00PM. The LBPC Youth Group
is hosting the dinner and the cost is $5.00 a person. Tickets can be purchased ahead of time or you can get tickets at the door. All funds raised will be used for future LBPC Youth Group mission trips.
MENU: spaghetti, meat sauce, salad, apple sauce, french bread, desserts, coffee, tea, and orange / Kool-Aid drink. Volunteers are needed to help at the dinner and donations of food and supplies are needed as well.
On Sunday, May 25th (following church service) there will be a planning meeting of those who will be helping and
those donating supplies.
On Saturday, May 31st those helping will meet at 12:00PM to prepare and set up. Those who would like to help
and/or make donations, contact Bob Brown for more information.   posted 04-13

LBPC YOUTH GROUP MEETING DATES – The Youth Group will meet on Sunday evenings, May 11th and
May 25th at 6:30 p.m. at the Church.   posted 04-27

LBPC YOUTH LEADERS PLANNING MEETING – The meeting will follow church service on Sunday,
June 1st. Anyone who would like to find out what is going on with the youth group or would like to
help out is invited to attend.   posted 04-27
LBPC YOUTH GROUP TRIPS ARE PLANNED – The first trip planned is to The Lost Treasure Golf & Maze
on Sunday, June 9th. It is located off Route 30 at the intersection of Route 896 beside Wawa. We will be
leaving the Church at 6:00 p.m. Anyone is welcome to join us and please bring your friends and family members.
The second trip planned is to The Witness Festival on Saturday, June 14th. We will be leaving the Church
at 6:00 p.m. Anyone is welcome to join us and please bring your friends and family members.   posted 04-27

THE LBPC CHILDREN'S LIBRARY CORNER - is being renewed with upgraded books and video selections to
meet the needs and interests of our youth and teens at LBPC. There is a shelf in the back corner of the library
with books for sale, proceeds raised through the book sale will go towards updating the children's book selections. New books are already filling the shelves and we hope to have this goal met by the end of the year. Please contact Susan Lancaster with any questions or if you have an interest in helping with this library mission.   posted 07-15

LBPC JUNIOR & SENIOR HIGH YOUTH GROUPS MISSION TRIPS - The Youth Groups are researching possible Mission Trips for the coming year 2008. They are looking at the groups "RAKE and REACH WORK CAMPS".
If you think you might be interested in the upcoming mission trips then please sign-up on the sheets in the youth room.   posted 11-11

LBPC JUNIOR CHURCH DISCONTINUED - This will start on March 11th. Pastor Tom will continue to invite the
children down front for the "Children's Message" each Sunday. The children will return to sit with their parent(s) at
the close of the message. We are giving them the opportunity to learn while participating in the worship service
with the LBPC family.

YOUTH GROUP MEETINGS - Meetings will be held at the church, 6:30PM, the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each
month. Jr. Fellowship (K-5th grade). Jr. and Sr. High (6th -12th grade).

THINKING OF GOING TO COLLEGE? - Did you know, LBPC has scholarships available for those going to a Christian College? It's never too early to be thinking about college. Check out the information from Christian
Colleges in the Youth Group Room.
