GENERAL FUND - We need $2,900.00 per week to meet our budget. We received $2,172.40 and there were 85 people in attendance on Sunday, January 29th.
VBS 2012 - Anyone interested is welcome to attend the organizational meeting for VBS 2012 on Wednesday, February 15th at 7:00 p.m.
NEW MEMBER'S CLASS - will begin on Wednesday, February 15th through Wednesday, March 14th from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the church. If you are interested, please speak to Pastor Tom. This class will be geared for adults. If there are youth interested in joining, please speak to Pastor Tom and a separate time will be scheduled.
CHRISTIAN EDUCATION MEETING - There will be a CE meeting held on Thursday, February 16th at 7:00 p.m. in the conference room. Anyone currently involved in Cristian Education and all those who would like to become involve should plan to attend. Contact Trish Blough (548-2630) with questions.
ATTENTION LADIES - There will be a Spring small group Bible Study starting Thursday, March 1st at the Milligans. The DVD Study is called, "Becoming More than a Good Bible Study Girl" by Lysa Terkeurst. It is a 6 week study. Please talk to, call (548-3322), or e-mail Jenny Milligan. (the milligans2003@yahoo.com) if you are interested or have questions.
MANY THANKS to those who have answered the request for help in the NURSERY! Your willingness is greatly appreciated in serving the littlest ones among us. For your convenience, a sign-up sheet can be found on the inside of the nursery door. There are still some vacancies in the first quarter, so I am thanking you in advance for helping fill those!!! NOTE: If it is your turn in the nursery and you find too many little ones for one person, please send a parent to get me and I will gladly assist you. Any questions please contact Vicki Netting at 548-3719.
CIRCLE III - will be at the home of Barb Long on Tuesday, February 7th at 7:00 p.m.
THE DECEMBER JANUARY FEBRUARY OUR DAILY BREAD booklets are here. Please take one and pass some onto others who might not get this wonderful bible study.
CHOIR PRACTICE - Senior Choir (8:00 - 9:00p.m.) will be held each Wednesday evening. Please come out and make a "joyful noise" unto the Lord!
FLOWER FUND - If anyone would like to place memorial flowers for any occasion such as in memory of an anniversary, birthday, etc. on the altar, please sign the flower book on the table in the narthex or contact Esther Ulrich at 548-2010. Contributions to the church flower fund may also be made through Esther Ulrich. Flowers for the pulpit are $30.00 (two bouquets) each Sunday with payment due by the previous Wednesday.
PRAYER CHAIN - If you wish to have your name added to the prayer chain, you should contact Pastor Tom or Dennie Hess.
UPDATED SUNSHINE LIST - The updated Deacons' Sunshine and Home Bound Members and Friends lists are on the table in the upper narthex. Please feel free to take one.
CHURCH BULLETIN REQUEST - Announcement Forms are available in the church office. To help ensure that your announcements (flowers, greeters, prayer concerns and events) and requests are complete, accurate and included on a specific date, please complete a form and place in the secretary's mail bin.
