NOTTINGHAM PC FUND RAISER - Nottingham Presbyterian Church, 497 W. Christine Road Nottingham, invites the community to participate in (support) our annual chicken barbeque fundraiser on Saturday, July 31, 2010 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The takeout dinner includes 1/2 a barbequed chicken, applesauce, coleslaw, roll & butter, dessert, and drink. Each dinner is $8.00 and may be purchased in advance or at the door. For information on purchasing tickets in advance, please call 610-932-0556.
The proceeds will benefit the Crossan family of North East, Maryland. Three of the Crossan children ages 7, 6, and 5 were killed in a house fire and their mother was badly burned. A fourth child, age 10, was staying with his grandparents at the time of the fire.
NEW HOPE - New Hope continues to offer Christian counseling to all for emotional, spiritual and money management needs; regardless of their ability to pay. We are grateful for the ways God provides for our clients' needs as well as our own. Many come to us broken and without hope and our counselors provide them with guidance and love so that they can see a way out of their darkness.
